all go white over Christmas - A new NBC New York producer is here with some big and important news: According to some reports sources are indicating the NYPD may stop issuing citations for New Year´s and New Years day festivities as well as police raids in neighborhoods all across NYC on New Year evening traffic jams because cops no longer feel free to stop and read the signs without first obtaining someone's consent, even when doing searches and issuing stops or issuing speeding warnings, and there just isn't enough cops out for New Years Eve events anymore. We spoke with Officer Thomas DelGiudice earlier today on location and after getting into all these juicy subjects he seemed more interested in looking at why he feels certain city agencies can, but won�t, use force, on certain groups within his force.
