When asked whether his tweet calling Clinton "reckless" may have violated Federal Communications Commission rules (as there appear to be limits in that area concerning free speech but not in the sphere over which one wields campaign funds. Also, Trump doesn't control which radio or broadcast to which he refers so this explanation seems a natural), Giuliani declined to confirm such charges.

But while I don't find it necessarily "unfair," some things
are "irredeemably unfair": Hillary isn't fair by using public buildings to hide personal info.
